About A Grade Therapy
Founded in 2018 by Aaron Cockburn, A Grade Therapy helps children build communication, movement and everyday independence. Our pediatric team provides occupational therapy, speech therapy and physical therapy across the Greater Charlotte area and surrounding North Carolina communities.

Our mission
Help children participate more fully in family life, play and learning through individualized pediatric therapy and collaboration with caregivers.
Our occupational therapy, speech therapy and physical therapy services address each child's strengths, needs and family priorities. Discipline, location and scheduling availability are confirmed during intake.
Therapy where children live, learn and play
Our natural-environment model brings pediatric care into everyday settings. Visits may take place at home, daycare, an ABA center or another community setting when appropriate and available. We coordinate the setting with families and relevant care partners.
Skills that fit daily routines
Therapy can connect with getting dressed, communicating during play, joining family meals and moving around familiar spaces. Caregiver coaching helps families practice agreed strategies between visits using familiar activities and materials.
