Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Help children find their voice—and help families bring communication into everyday life.

A Grade Therapy is seeking a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to serve children and families in Concord, Kannapolis, and nearby communities, with Salisbury coverage by agreement. You will provide individualized care in homes, daycares, and community settings, with a service territory agreed before hire.

Pay and benefits

$85,000–$95,000 per year, depending on experience, for a full-time salaried position.

Paid time off, retirement benefits, and a health stipend are available to eligible employees. Eligibility and benefit details will be discussed during hiring. The health stipend is separate from employer-provided health insurance.

What you’ll do

• Evaluate speech, language, and communication skills within your clinical expertise.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with meaningful, measurable goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy and coach caregivers on strategies for daily routines.
• Collaborate with families, referring providers, and the OT, PT, and speech therapy team.
• Complete timely treatment notes, progress reports, and reassessments.

What you’ll bring

• Graduate degree in speech-language pathology.
• Active North Carolina SLP license before providing patient care.
• CCC-SLP and pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills.
• Reliable transportation for visits within the agreed service area.

This is an in-person, community-based role serving Concord, Kannapolis, and nearby communities, with Salisbury coverage by agreement. We will discuss your preferred coverage area, schedule, start date, and caseload expectations before hire.
